Giovanni Rosso is a small, family-owned estate in Barolo. The Rosso family has been growing grapes since the 1890s, but it was only started bottling wine in the late 1990s.
The fermentation of grapes takes place in stainless steel tanks which lasts 10 days and is then aged in French oak barrels of different sizes.
Fine aromas of violet and bergamot with elegant hints of white pepper. On the palate, a juicy progressive tannis with a neat and savoury finish.
