Behind this 100% Barbera is Henry Finzi-Constantine, a student of anthropology and the works of Rudolf Steiner (biodynamics) and more recently the introduction of heavy horses in the vineyards of which this wine is named after.
An elegant, organically produced Barbera. Medium bodied, bursting with vibrant fruit &: spice. On the nose you’ll find wild dark berries and cherries, the palate is warm, soft, round and balanced, simply delicious.
Goes well with pasta, meat &: tomato based sauce.
This wine has had no added sulphites prior to bottling. Best drunk young.
