The 18 hectares of vines are plots with south / south-east orientation with calcareous clay soil, which gives the wine a racy finesse. Aromas of exotic fruits such as mango, maracuja and pineapple are found in its scent. On the palate, this Sancerre shows an almost floating elegance and grandiose freshness, it is not “green” at all, the acid is absolutely ripe. Even in Sancerre, which is known for its elegance, only a few winemakers can achieve this crystal-clear and precise style.
